Woods Wash
Donated by Jane Southcott in 1995, the Woods Wash parcel is 640 acres of remote beauty between Gold and Lanfair Valleys. Originally part of the historic Gold Valley Ranch, the property has magnificent views of Woods, Hackberry, and Table Top Mountains.
Watson Wash
Donated by the Donald Murphy Family in 2002, the Watson Wash parcel contains 80 acres near Watson Well on the west edge of Lanfair Valley. Originally part of the historic Watson homestead, the property provides access to Betty Stokes Rock, an important artifact from the homestead period of the East Mojave.
Goffs Cultural Center
Donated by Dennis and Jo Ann Casebier in 2002, the Goffs Cultural Center is located in the Mojave National Preserve gateway community of Goffs on old Route 66. The 75 acre property is the headquarters of the Mojave Desert Heritage & Cultural Association and is home to the historic Goffs Schoolhouse, an outdoor museum, and the Mojave Desert Archives.
